As a sole product role in a team of 7, I lead product design, strategy, and development end-to-end to launch a minimum viable product focused on workflow management. I also drove product marketing efforts and continuous iterations in our onboarding cycle to gather 1400+ user accounts with 400+ Weekly Active Users. 

 

With over 20 iterations to nail down easy-to-use and flexible workflow management features such as job creation, team invitation, viewing jobs on a calendar, and viewing job details on a job page - I established a design system, iterated & tested interaction patterns, worked with engineers and QA to deliver a stellar user experience, and grew the business to raise a seed-funding round.
